Pay As You Go Plan

The Community Dental Center offers a low-cost Pay As You Go Plan for pediatric patients (ages 1-20 years old) who are uninsured. Full payment is due at the time of service. See below for a full list of services and costs for new and existing patients.

Patient Age 1-4
  • Exam: $40
  • Child Prophylaxis: $45
  • Child Fluoride: $30
  • Total: $115

Pay As You Go

Patient Age 5-12
  • Exam: $40
  • 2 Bitewing X-Rays: $30*
  • Child Prophylaxis: $45
  • Child Fluoride: $30
  • Total: $145 / $115 w/o x-ray

Pay As You Go

Patient Age 13-20
  • Exam: $40
  • 4 Bitewing X-Rays: $35*
  • Adult Prophylaxis: $60
  • Adult Fluoride: $30
  • Total: $165 / $130 without x-ray

Additional Services As Needed:

Behavior Management: $50
*Charged when an additional assistant is needed to help complete treatment

Panoramic X-ray: $70

A dental prophylaxis is a cleaning procedure performed to thoroughly clean the teeth.
