Finding a reliable Medicaid dentist for kids can be difficult, but Community Dental Center is here to ensure your child receives the care they need. We provide dental services for children enrolled in Medicaid and FAMIS through Cardinal Care Smiles (formerly known as the Smiles for Children program).

Free transportation to your appointment
We understand that getting to the dentist can be a challenge. If you have Medicaid or FAMIS, you are eligible for free transportation to and from your healthcare appointments.
How to schedule a ride
To book your transportation, please call 1-866-386-8331.
- You must call at least two weeks before your scheduled appointment.
- After booking, be sure to ask for your driver’s phone number so you can share updates and coordinate pickup times.
