Caring for our community,
one smile at a time
Community Dental Center is a nonprofit pediatric dental practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, dedicated to making high-quality care accessible to every child, regardless of background, language, or insurance status.
We serve patients from ages 1 through 20 who are enrolled in Medicaid or FAMIS (Family Access to Medical Insurance Security Plan) or lack insurance.
We meet families where they are
We understand that cost and language barriers can make dental visits feel overwhelming. That’s why we work hard to remove those obstacles, so families can receive the high-quality dental care they need.
- A full-time Spanish-speaking dental assistant
- Access to translation services for Dari, Pashto, Farsi, Swahili, and more
- A pay-as-you-go plan for uninsured families who need affordable, high-quality treatment
Every child deserves a healthy smile, and we’re here to help make that happen.
